The firm was incorporated in 1989 and carries on the practice of Spencer R. Higgins, Architect which was established in 1977. This represents over 30 years of continuous practice in the conservation field. Over that time the firm has developed a wealth of expertise in building science, architectural conservation and testing, and heritage planning.
