Complete contract documents and specifications for the restoration of the terra-cotta and related elements, including repointing of all masonry and repair or replacement of severely deteriorated terra-cotta blocks, including rebuilding of the parapet, selective cleaning of soiling and rust stains from terra-cotta masonry and installation of continuous protective flashings over parapet masonry.
